I was looking at some old photos today when I was struck at how much I've changed this past year.

Now I'm aware of the emotional and mental wellness I'm enjoying right now but the physical changes in me have been just as dramatic.

It really didn't hit me until today just how much things.. how much I have changed this past year.

I have so much to be thankful for right now.
