Final today!
I have a final exam in about 2 hous but wanted to do a quick update.
As mentioned earlier, I started riding on my fluid trainer this past weekend and have continued to do so during the week.
Yesterday's workout:
Bike:
Distance: 26.79 km
Duration: 60 min
AvHR: 127 (65% MHR, zone 1)
Run: (bloody cold out!)
Distance: 3 km
Duration: 23 min
AvHR: 133 (68%, zone 2)
I'm finding (as I'm sure many of you do too) at the one hour mark on the trainer I start to get a little bit crazy.
What can I do to help pass the time.. hmm what can I do.... oh I know!! I can watch Degrassi the Next Gen on DVD!
