Oktober-fest!!
Gosh it's been awhile since my last post. Isn't it interesting how time files when you're in school. You have assignments to do, tests to study for and the next thing you know several weeks have flown by it's a new month!
A new month means looking ahead to the future but also taking stock of the past. With that in mind here are my training totals for September.

After taking almost 2 months off I'm making a concerted effort to ease back into the running training as it is the most punishing disipline on my body. I have two road races this month which should be a lot of fun.
My first event, a 10K next week will be a great opportunity to use my Forerunner and HR in a race environment.

Train hard, rest well and make sure you take time to enjoy a few pints at Oktoberfest

i had way too many beers last few weeks....
i can tell by my weight pushing the limit.
